e-XPLORER Pass: A digital pass perfect for those who want to learn more about the city’s history and culture. It includes free Hop on Hop off bus and boat tours with multilingual audio guides, as well as entry to the immersive Cinema Mystica exhibition.
Tourist Pass: Ideal for those who prefer to explore on foot or already have a public transport pass. This digital pass offers all the benefits of the Budapest Card, except for public transportation.
Each version of the Budapest Card is available for different durations, ranging from 24 hours to 120 hours, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your travel plans.
How to get your Budapest Card
You can easily purchase your Budapest Card online through the official webshop. As a special offer, you can now get a 10% discount on all city cards bought between May 6 and June 2, 2023. The purchased cards can be used anytime until April 30, 2025, giving you the flexibility to plan your trip at your convenience.
Once you arrive in Budapest, you can exchange your online voucher for a physical card at various locations, including the airport, the Budapestinfo Tourist Information Office, and several BKK Customer Service Centres near underground stations across the city.
