Northern Lights Above Budapest: Keep Your Eyes On the Sky Tonight

Yesterday the solar wind reached the Northern hemisphere lighting the sky up in magical colors. Those who were out last night had a chance to get a glimpse of this magnificent dance of lights painting the sky a rich pink or at some locations even green. 

This phenomenon is extremely rare in this region, so don’t hesitate to take advantage of this chance to get to see these marvelous lights. A good vantage point would be Buda Castle Hill or Citadella that could provide a 360 degrees panoramic view of the night sky.
