Practical Information
What to bring
Comfortable sportswear suited to the activities you plan to try. Bring a light jacket or sweater for the early morning hours when it can get cooler. For cycling, bring your own bike. For the night hike, bring a headlamp or flashlight. For rollerblading, bring your own skates. Most other equipment is provided on-site.
Food and drinks
A buffet on-site sells food and refreshments, and there are multiple drinking water stations set up around the venue.

A changing tent is set up next to the cloakroom, located along City Park Boulevard near the Museum of Fine Arts. Note that showers are not available on-site. The cloakroom is near the cycling, running, and rollerblading start areas.
Bike storage
Free bike storage is available, but it is unguarded — bring your own lock. The bike racks are taken down at 03:00, so collect your bike before then.
First aid
Several ambulances will be on-site, and a first aid tent is set up in front of the Kunsthalle at Heroes’ Square.
Earn Pentathlon Points
If you’re participating in Hungary’s Pentathlon sports rewards program, you can earn points at this event for running, cycling, rollerblading, and hiking. You’ll need to track your activity using the GeoGo app. Register at geogo.hu before the event and make sure your Pentathlon ID is linked to your profile.
