This year’s diverse jazz lineup is set to enchant audiences at the Trafó House of Contemporary Art. The Dutch Sunrise Trio, known for their unique blend of metal, funk, soul, and rock, will present an original musical composition for the iconic silent film “Sunrise: A Song of Two Humans,” injecting new vitality into this cinematic treasure. Coltrane Legacy, led by bassist György Orbán, will captivate with original works and innovative arrangements inspired by jazz legend John Coltrane. From Cyprus, the Ioannis Vafeas Quartet will perform a mix of jazz standards alongside new compositions by Cypriot artists Michael Messios and Glafkos Kontementiotis.
