Budapest Beer Week 2025: A Craft Beer Extravaganza

If you’re a beer lover visiting Budapest in late May, you’re in for a treat! Budapest Beer Week 2025 is taking over the city from May 26th to June 1st with a celebration of craft brews from around the world.

The main event is the unlimited Tasting Sessions on May 30th and 31st at Dürer Kert. Here’s where the real magic happens – sample over 360 different beers from approximately 45 breweries. The brewers themselves will be pouring their creations each day, giving you a chance to meet the masterminds behind the beer.

But Budapest Beer Week is more than just tasting. From Monday to Thursday, beer enthusiasts can attend tap takeovers, meet the brewers, and join professional beer events around the city. After the tasting sessions, the party continues with free live concerts and an after-party atmosphere.

Don’t worry about going thirsty on June 1st – the Encore Day features a smaller beer selection but keeps the festivities going at Dürer Kert with free entry, live music starting earlier, and a laid-back vibe.

With street food galore and a family/pet-friendly environment, Budapest Beer Week promises a sudsy good time for beer aficionados and casual sippers alike.
