Initially thinking it was a joke, Árpád quickly realized the situation was real. After coordinating with colleagues and informing the surprised passengers, he took matters into his own hands. After it became evident, that the piglet didn’t have a valid ticket, it was clear that he would be better off on hooves. Árpád guided the lost piglet away from the station, ensuring it could safely return to its family and allowing traffic to resume smoothly.

Another BKK employee, Balázs, had his own memorable encounter. While arranging special buses after an event on Margaret Island, he stumbled upon a stray kitten. With no one claiming the lost animal, Balázs adopted the tiny feline. The passengers loved seeing him coordinating the buses with the kitten in his arms. The kitten is now fully grown and a beloved member of his family and sometimes “helps out” at work.
