Budapest Pride Rainbow Party 2024: Celebrate Love and Diversity
Are you planning to visit Budapest in the summer of 2024? If so, you won’t want to miss the official afterparty of the Budapest Pride March, the Rainbow Party at Budapest Park. This event is a celebration of freedom, love, and community, where everyone is welcome to be themselves without fear of judgment or discrimination.
The Rainbow Party is organized by Budapest Pride and is the largest LGBTQ party in Hungary. By purchasing a ticket, you’ll be contributing to the organization of the Pride March, ensuring that this important event can continue to take place each year.
At the Rainbow Party, you’ll find four different stages featuring a diverse range of genres and performers. The Main Stage will host DJ sets by Daniel Moritz, a spectacular Dragvolution show, a Vogue Ball by Kiki House of Bandita, and performances by Steiner Kristóf & Nimrod Dagan and Falcao from LavaLava.
If electronic music is more your style, head to the Jungle Stage, where you can dance the night away to sets by Terminal (Dirty Cash) b2b Klayman, Persephone, Hexcode, and HIR (Barbad b2b Nakrasia).
For those who prefer a more retro vibe, the Retro Stage will feature Peter Kerick spinning classic tunes all night long.
In addition to the music and performances, the Rainbow Party also offers free, anonymous HIV & STI testing above the Retro garden, ensuring that attendees can prioritize their health and well-being while enjoying the festivities.
To attend the Rainbow Party, you can purchase tickets online or at select ticket offices. Please note that online ticket purchases will include a handling fee, which is an administration fee for the online transaction. To avoid this fee, you can purchase tickets at on-site ticket offices during opening hours or at certain Ticketportal ticket offices.
