Let’s hit the Lecsó!

Lecsó is a hidden treasure of the Hungarian cousin that can cause a lot of trouble when it comes to the recipe: there are no two households in the country that cook it the same way! Still we all agree to love this light vegetable stew with paprika and tomato which is an all time summer favorite and rightfully so. It is light enough for the hot summer days but with all the extra ingredients (that Hungarians cannot agree about) it becomes a fulfilling and nurturing meal in itself. Oh and did we mention that it is ready in a few minutes? Another advantage of this wonderful (and variable) dish. So as the Hungarians say when wanting to get started right away, let’s hit the lecsó, and find yourself a nice bowl of this savory meal!
